I'm renting out my one bed furnished flat from the end of October and am moving into my other flat which is fairly close by.
If you're a non-smoking, professional (single or couple) and need a flat which is 10 minutes to the City and 30 mins to the West End, this might be the one for you.
It's the 3rd floor loft extension and was converted only 18 months ago so it's still in 'as new' condition with all mod cons, stripped pine floors and luxury bathroom and kitchen.
The flat is in a period terrace at the bottom of Green Lanes next to Newington Green. There is a Tesco Metro and cashpoint literally across the road which is really handy.
Transport links are great as it's border of zone 1 and zone 2:
- 10 mins to Angel, Old Street and Arsenal tubes
- 10 mins to City and financial district
- 10 mins to Islington's Upper Street and Stoke Newington Church Street which are both awesome and very trendy - great shops, bars, weekend markets, (real community spirit that is rare in London)
- 10 mins to Canonbury station which is London Overground
- 20 mins to Kings Cross/Euston/St. Pancras International for mainline trains around UK or even to France and Belgium
- 20 mins to London City airport
- 30 mins to Soho and West End
- 'Village green' 30 seconds away and massive park 5 minutes walk away as well
Rent is £300 per week excluding bills but am open to negotiating a different amount to include bills if that's easier for you.
I'm also fairly flexible on move dates too if that helps.
